Total Views
Anytime I post anything online--whether it be on a blog, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.--I tend to wonder if anyone is actually looking. I mean, it really isn't the end of the world if no one looks, but I do get curious about how many times people are viewing my content. With this blog, I have decided to add the Total Views gadget. This way, me and the rest of the Social Media Blog team can get a glimpse on just how many times our blog has been viewed or visited. I feel that this ties in very well with our theme of Social Media because almost every Social Media user, like myself, likes to look over the statistics of their own Social Media accounts. It is one of the most useful tools to use especially when trying to use Social Media for outreach purposes. -Marjorie Anne Portillo
